Downey, star of Marvel's summer blockbuster "Iron Man," topped the likes of Tina Fey, Michael Phelps, The Jonas Brothers, Facebook, "Mad Men's" Jon Hamm, Coldplay, Wall-E, Meryl Streep, Stephenie Meyer, the cast and crew of "The Dark Knight," and so many more!
